The victim wanted to hold a conference about Bertha Soler, leader of the Ladies in White, in commemoration for her birthday. The guest list was expected to be quite small, but since 6:30 in the morning, a patrol car was parked at both corners of the victim's home to prevent the meeting. This operation was led by officer Victor Victor of the Enfrente Unit.
