UNPACU activist detained with his colleagues when heading to El Cobre

On 8 September 2015, the victim was heading to the Basilicia of Santuario del Cobre along with other activists from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU). Suddenly, their vehicle was intercepted by secret police and National Revolutionary Police officials, among them agents Girón, Ferro, Dannier Pagan, Roberto and several unknown officials who were new. The victim was pulled out by force from the vehicle and detained for more than 5 hours. Then he was released.
