In the early morning, Manuel de Jesus Abial Hodelín was leaving his home to travel to El Cobre, where uniformed police and security officer detained him, beat him and took him in the patrol car 630 to the police unit. He was given a fine of 30 pesos for alleged public disorder and then, around 9 am, they let him go.
