Norma Lidia Fabre Brook went to the prison Combinado de Guantánamo to make a complaint about the situation of her son Iván Rubio Fabre, who is in the detachment 2A of that prison and in December 2016, they took 40 boxes of cigarettes, that Norma Lidia finds as theft. After a while of asking the heads of the penitentiary without achieving anything, she put on a white sweatshirt with signs: "Down with abuse", "Thieves" and "Tyrants". The head of the prison unit arrested her, and prohibit her to see her son for 6 months. They called a patrol car and drove her to the police station known as Parque 24, where she was fined 100 CUP (100 USD) and then, after 4 hours, she was released.
