Lady in White detained in San Francisco de Paula



Zenaida Hidalgo was going to attend an event organized by the Ladies in White Movement. When she left her house located in San Francisco de Paula, she was detained by combined forces consisting of State Security officials (DSE) and National Revolutionary Police (PNR). She was taken to the detention center known as El Vivac where she was kept under detention for more than 10 hours.
