Activist detained on his was to the UNPACU Headquarters

At 6:20, an activist Alexander Chacon Lamoth was on his way to the UNPACU Headquarters in Guantánamo located in San Lino Street. Later on, he was planning to attend Mass in the Santuario del Cobre which is being held in support of Ladies in White and Todos Marchamos Campaign, both demanding the release of political prisoners and social and political changes in Cuba. Alexander was detained by State Security officials David and Juan Carlos. He was driven to the police station known as Parque 24 where he was kept under detenion until 12 pm.
