Celina is a representative of the movement Ladies in White in Guantanamo. On that day, she was about to attend Sunday Mass in Santa Catalina de Ricci Church. When she was passing through Los Maceos and 3 Sur Street, she was detained by State Security (DSE) officials known as Kevin and Orbis. She was driven to the DSE unit called Operations. She was released on the same day at 2 pm.
