Maria Rosa, a member of the Ladies in White movement, was detained when leaving home to prevent her from participation in a Mass at the Church of Santa Rita de Casia. Maria Rosa has been threatened in various occasions by agents of State Security with taking her to prison if she continued her activity against the president.
