At 10 am, the activist of Hablemos Press (Let's Talk) Niober García Fournier was in the train terminal, with the objective to travel to the town Carrera Larga. A State Security officer approached him and told him that he could not leave the province or municipality and then detained him. He was taken to the police unit called Parque 24, where he was released at 12 pm of the same day after being threatened with fines for collecting information and publishing it.
