A woman from Baracoa threatened by police and the CDR after giving a testimony to journalists

On 9 January 2021, Clara Lobaina Gutierrez was visited by police along with a house inspector and the chief of the local Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR). The goal was to prevent Clara from providing testimony and expressing criticism to independent journalists about her critical living conditions she lives in and state inaction. During the visit of the officials, Clara was mistreated and received threats.
