Roberto was an active member of the Juan Pablo II movement. On that day, when he was doing shopping in the municipality of Cabecera, the chief of the confrontation unit Alfredo Olivero, accompanied by sector chief of this zone, detained him and took him to the police station. He was kept there until 1 pm. During his detention, he was threatened for meeting the oposition and according to Olivero, spreading fake news. He was given an official warning for incitement to public disorder and counterrevolution.
