Bartolo was detained by State Secuirty officials (DSE) known as Víctor Víctor and Alexander or Perrote. Bartolo was planning to attend Sunday Mass organized in Santa Catalina de Ricci Church. When he was walking down Los Maceos Street and La Avenida, he was stopped by the above-mentioned officials and detained. Then he was driven to the police unit in the municipality of El Salvador. There he was threatened with imprisonment in case any other anti-government posters appeared in the province. He was released at about 10 am on the other day without any further consequences.
