Tribute canceled and the participants were detained

Gladis Ramirez Fernandez and others were gathered to pay tribute the victims of the boat 13 de Marzo, 41 people drowned while trying to migrate to the United States. The boat sank after two other boats collided with it. They were detained on the street and taken to the El Anillo Police Station where they warned from holding anymore public tributes. The men were taken to cells and the women were taken to offices. They were released one by one and sent home.
