Human rights activist prevented from traveling to Panama

Yeris Curvelo Aguilera is a human rights activist and a member of the organization Oriental Democratic Alliance (ADO). On 22 Julay 2019, he was heading to Panama, taking a flight at 12 pm. When he checked in and got his boarding pass, he was heading towards migration officers at the airport. The official on duty searched his name in the system and told him that he will not be able to travel since his travel status had been restricted. As a consequence, Yeris lost his flight ticket and could not undertake his jourmey.
