Activist detained while heading to UNPACU headquarters



At 6:30 am, an activist Bartolo Cantillo Romero was going to the UNPACU Headquarters in Guantánamo and later on to Santuario del Cobre Church in Santiago de Cuba Province. He was detained by State Security official Kevin and a patrol car No. 600. After that, he was driven to the Police Department in El Salvador. There he was threatened and given an official warning. He was released at 1 pm.
