Man from Baracoa detained due to a complaint of his zone delegate

Emilio Almaguer Guzmán was detained at his home in Baracoa by sector police chief. The officer first asked for his ID and then took him detained to the police station. The detention was carried out based on a complaint of the zone delegate who was claiming that Almaguer was illegally occupying some lands. Few hours later, he was told by the police officers to leave as they are tired of dealing with random people groundlessly brought to the police station.
