The UNPACU activist from Baracoa was threatened to be arrested by State Security and PNR agents

On 10 December, 2020, the activist of the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU) Oscarleidi Blanco Lobaina was the victim of psychological abuse by the head of the combat unit of State Security Alfredo Oliveros and also by PNR Lieutenant Feyo Nicle Hernández. They addressed the activist in an offensive, violent and threatening tone when they told him that they had watched him 24 hours a day, that they were not going to allow him to incite public disorder in the municipality and if they had to put all activists in jail, they would do it. They also told him that he should watch the TV news to get the information on the fact that there is no truce for anyone and that they were not going to forgive anyone. The head of the sector, Lieutenant Feyo Nicle Hernández, told the activist that they knew who was putting up the posters in the neighbourhood and the cell was already waiting for him. The activist told the two officers that he was not going to allow them to be in his house threatening him because they were violating article # 5 of the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights where it states that nobody shall be subjected to torture or cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.
