Anderley Guerra Blanco was on his way to the Granma Province when he was stopped by police agents and State Security officials an the checkpoint in Río Frío. He was driven to the operations center where the officials confiscated him a laptop, a video camera, a cell phone and 100 CUC. He was released 48 hours later with a threat that he could be imprisoned for spreading false information. The official was refering to Anderlay's reportage about an activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), Hector López Pérez, who was being detained as well in the operations center.
