A man from Guantánamo detained in Parque 24 and threatened



Based on an order of the State Security, Eliécer Góngora Erlay was summoned by sector chief to the police station called Parque 24. When he got there, he was threatened for not having a job and if he violated the law on the anniversary of Fidel Castro's birthday, he would be prosecuted for disrespect. The interrogating official also added that he could be already prosecuted for dangerousness as he did not have a job. Eliécer was released on the same days after four hours in detention.
