Raúl Martinez Caraballo left his home in the early morning. He was detained by State Security official Arturo and sector chief known as Edi. He was driven to the National Revolutionary Police station in Manuel Tamez. He was threatened he would not be allowed to leave the province because of his counterrevolutionary activities as a Secretary General of an UNPACU group based in Manuel Tamez. According to the police official, Raúl is a threat and his activities have to be under the control in order to avoid terrorist attack. He was released at 12 pm.
