Three days in jail for begging for her brother to be released from jail

The victim was arbitrarely detained at his home by the Police of Public Order and an agent from the state security services without any reason. The victim was kept at a police station jail cell for 3 days without being interrogated and without having any contact with the outside world. Before he was released, he was fined 30 pesos (1.20 Euros). The reason for his detainment was because he protested his brother's imprisonment who also happens to be a political activist.
