Man several times summoned to the police and threatened

Jorge Félix was several times summoned to the police unit called Parque 24. Jorge did not arrive for the first two summons and he went for the third one on 2 April. He was interrogated by sector chief Javier Matutes. After having been threatened with prosecution, the officer gave him an official warning and started preparing a police record for his alleged pre-criminal social dangerousness. He told him that the warning and the police file will serve them as a tool to control him as he does not have any job and he is a potential delinquent. On 25 May, Jorge was summoned to the People's Municipal Court. He did not go there as he was afraid of being taken to the prison based on so called summary judgement which already happened to some people in Guantanamo.
