Death threats at his home's door

On September the 7th, Adalberto Izquierdo González, reported that a Guardia Operativa's jeep went to his home with two State Security officers and a Guardabosques. They threatened him with beating him down and sending him to the hospital. Furthermore, they told him they would kill him. They also banned him from attending to the Virgen de la Caridad y del Cobre mass, at the Buen Viaje Church in Santa Clara. Every year, activists from the Movimiento Cubano de Reflexión gather there dressing on white and carrying a lighted candle.
