The victim was arrested for participating in 11J protests. After a few days he was released with a fine of 2 000 CUP (77,21€) because he had been infected with COVID-19. He was summoned to the Alamar unit on October 16, Captain Andely Roque Moreno told him that he was remanded in custody, he was arrested and transferred 4 days later to Valle Grande. He is accused of public disorder but has not received the prosecutor's request document.
