Henny Maité was looking for her son Emilio. When she found him beaten, she asked the police officer Alexis Alexis Antonio Frómeta to let him be. Once she said it, the official pushed her against the car. Two months later, the attorney general informed her that she was accused of assault, along with her 2 sons. On April 25, she was summoned to the State Security and threatened for using assistance of Legal Information Center CUBALEX.
