Carlos Manuel was arrested by agents of the State Security and the National Police to leave the party headquarters located in the town Boyero after a monthly meeting he was led to the unity of Santiago de las Vegas where he remained arrested for 6 hours. It has been threatened on several occasions to be trialed on the alleged crimes of contempt and arrest resistance.
