In the morning, 14 February 2019, Rauvelis López Mcintoch was summoned to the police unit known as Operations in the city of Guantánamo. When he arrived at the scheduled time, he was received by the State Security official Kevin, who told him: "Well Rauvelis, here we are again, it seems like you are not intelligent at all." The activist replied that he had no idea what he was talking about. Then the official stood up, hit the table and started telling him things out of the context. He said that he knew that the activist Henry Couto was trying to reactivate counterrevolutionary groups and destabilize the Revolution. He also added that he would not give him any chance to colaborate with Couto or he would send him to jail. The victim did not say anything. Thereafter, the official Andri came to the office and brought an official warning to be signed, saying that López is prone to commit crimes against the Revolution. López refused to sign the document.
