Prisoner punished for reporting rights violations and abuse in prison



Noel López González, who is a person deprived of liberty, was punished with two months without the right to access a telephone, and 10 days in a punishment cell, without a mattress, without sheets and without his other belongings. This happened for having denounced several violations committed in prison, in addition to having alerted that punishment cells were being emptied to lock up the July 11 protesters.
