Miguel took out a poster that read “increase the wages!” in the “José Martí” park. After that he was detained and brought to the Police station “Unidad Policial Parque 24”, where he was threatened with jail. The Police fined him with thirty Cuban pesos ($30,00) for his alleged public disturbance and wrote him a warning letter, the third one in total.
