Griolvis Feble Rodríguez was on the street when some police officers requested to identify himself.
Immediately after presenting the identification, a police agent broke Griolvis' arm.
Griolvis hold prisoner inside the car and was driven to the hospital 1 hour later, where he need urgent surgery and might need a second one.
