Carlos Manuel was detained about 4:00 pm at the corner of a bus station. When he has detained, he was threatened verbally and informed that days of peace were over. He was taken to Vivac where he remained in the "cage car" where he was locked for three hours in the parking area, along with 14 other people.
During the detention, they gave him to sign the detention protocol, the official warning and the release documents. All these documents he refused to sign. He was called in for interrogation, but he refused to leave his cell. The other prisoners told him he was accused from the public disorder. He claims that they were denying his right to make a phone call. He was released after two days.
