Yojarne Arce Sarmiento is one of the 53 political prisoners who were released based on the agreement between Cuba adn the United States. On July 2, when he was riding his motorbike, he was detained by police and taken to the police station. The reason was, that he put some stickers on his motorbike which were just saying "CHANGE". He was threatened by official Kevin with imprisonment and confiscation of his motobike. After a while, he was given back his motorbike without stickers and released.
