UNPACU activist detained at home, taken to the police station and threatened

Bartolo Cantillo Romero was summoned by two policemen who came to his house. They submitted him a summons, handwritten, with no signature or stamp. For that reason, Bartolo told them that he would not arrive, since the document was not official. Subsequently, the officials detained him and took him to the police unit Parque 24. When they arrived, he was received by State Security (DSE) officials known as Víctor Víctor and Luis Ángel or Roberto. He was told that he had been taken to the police unit in order to warn him officially that he was committing a crime of spreading a pandemic since an activist Rafael Puentes Creme was visiting him and he was visiting him as well. Moreover, he was told that he was leaving his house too often and should comply with the rules for social distancing. If not, he could be fined from 300 to 3000 pesos or sentenced to one year in prison for the above-mentioned reason. Then he was given an official warning, which he did not sign, and released.
