Member of Libertad y Democracia

He left his home to go to Santiago de Cuba when passing through the main street of the village he is approached by a police patrol that gets off and disrespectfully says, "Hey you give me your ID card." He replied that that's no way to treat or stop a citizen for documents. Then he is handcuffed and is given two or three pushes against the car and is hit in the ribs. One policeman says to the other that they will give him a ride and hit him and then they will leave him lying around. Several people who were hearing began shouting “murderers, abusers” and seeing that many of those present were defending him they put him into the patrol car and moved him to the PNR of Julio Antonio Mella that was close by. They took his phone and flash memory, after two hours he is taken out of the cell and is for altering the civil order, he is given back only the mobile phone and they release him threating that next time they would make him disappear. They apply this kind of treatment to the majority of the peaceful opposition members in order to intimidate them. He has been threatened several times with sent to prison for life or with death for him and his family.
