Diosnel was fined 50 CUP (2 CUC) for parking in a restricted area. He and other workers that dedicate themselves in renting animal-powered cars had always used the zone for parking their cars. Suddenly, the police prohibited to park there. But there was not any sign or another way to find out about the ban. When Diosnel showed his disagreement with the arbitrary behavior, he was threatened and verbally abused.
