Woman detained and fined after being talking to a human rights activist

A human rights activist asked a couple of questions to a woman who was on her way to work. Two minutes after, the victim was detained by two general inspectors and by two police officers, who did not inform her about the reason of the detention. Afterwards, the victim was taken to the police station and then the officers imposed her a fine of 100 pesos (4€), allegedly because she had contact with subversive elements contrary to the Revolution.
