The arbitrary detentions of human rights activist continues



The activist Enrique Estrada Peña was on his way to move to the province of Santiago de Cuba to attend the mass at the Church El Cobre in order to demand the release of political prisoners and the end of repression by the regime. At 6 o'clock in the morning, while he was traveling in the bus with several activists of the cell Hubert Matos of the opposition organization UNPACU, he was detained by several officers of the Security of the State in the municipality Caimanera ans taken to the police unit. There, he was threatened with going to the prison and given an official warning for his counter-revolutionary activities. He was released hours later.
