Luis Miguel Morales Aguilera and a friend were detained as they were leaving his house by the political police and agents of the Public Order. They were handcuffed without given explanation and then taken to a police station where they were beaten. Luis Miguel and his friend were then taken to the cells and then released hours after to be interrogated. They were accused of putting up posters that they had nothing to do with. They felt offended and threatened by the accusation that they belonged to a group of mercenaries.
