After the end of the conjugal visit of a prisoner from the provincial prison of Holguin, he greeted the independent trade unionist Ramón Zamora and they exchanged some words. Zamora coincided with the visit of his brother-in-law and they crossed paths in the corridors of the prison. Later, the prisoner was brutally beaten by order of Officer Alberto because of this fortuitous encounter.
