An man arrested and charged with being aa alleged human trafficking guide (a case of Rogelio Aguilar Ramos)

Rogelio Aguilar Ramos, Ricky and his wife were on the way to the city of Baracoa, Guantanamo Province having holidays. He was arrested and at the road checkpoint roundabout Baracoa and accused of an alleged illegal exit. Aguilar explained to the police they wanted visit their relatives in Baracoa. Although having address of different province than his relatives, according to Roglio they could not be detained because they are not migrants. He insisted to be a hardworking man. They responded him that everything would be analyzed in the operations unit. Aftewards the instructor will give the answer on his questions. He was sentenced to a fine of 1,500 pesos. They made him a warning letter for alleged act of being human trafficking guide.
