Activist retained at home within a police action carried out to secure the visit of Díaz Canel in Sancti Spíritus

On 24 January, 2020, an activist from the Cuban Reflection Movement (MCR), Aurelio Cabrera González, was a victim of the police action led by the State Security official known as Bryan. The official's goal was to keep the activist at home since the President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz Canel Bermúdez, was visiting the province. The retention started at 6 pm and lasted until very late at night.
