Activista de la UNPACU fue amenazado y vigilado para evitar que saliera de su casa

Major Antonio Rodriguez of the Department of State Security (DSE) prevented Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU) activist Keyber Rodriguez Fernandez from leaving his home to take the daily morning walk he takes as part of his recovery from the stroke he suffered some years ago. The officer told him that he could not leave his house, and if he did he would be arrested. The activist was watched from the corner of his house until after 11 pm, by two political police officers and three officers of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) with a patrol car, and during this time members of the rapid response brigades were walking in front of the activist's house to see if he was staying home.
