On August 13, at 8 am, in the park of Héctor Infante, the human rights activist Ibrailis Correa Betancourt was detained by the State Security officers Arturo and Edi, the head of the sector. They led him to the unit of the National Revolutionary Police of Manuel Tames. There, he was interrogated by Arturo, threatened by being taken to the prison and accused of making several posters that dawned days earlier in the village of Hector Infante. He was released the same day at 7 pm, after 11 hours.
