At 6 a.m., the activist of the UNPACU Felipe Blanco González was heading to the Santiago de Cuba to participate in a mass to ask for the freedom of political prisoners and for the cessation of political oppression. Suddenly, was detained by State Security officials known as Alayo and Raúl, then he was driven to the police unit in the municipality Manuel Tames. He was released after 6 hours.
