The police stopped a motorbike of an UNPACU member, with the pretext that it has a bad wheel, when it really was because he had a UNPACU sticker in the front of the bike.
Mr. lieutenant colonel Cantillo, threatened him with take his motorbike if he don’t remove the sticker, but he did not.
His motorbike was stopped by the police, and then, Arce Sarmiento, did a protest for about 5 hours, since seven pm to eleven pm, after was arrested by the police,beaten and handcuffed, they took him to the command truck, in that place, they again beaten him, then, in the “Unidad de Operaciones”, they beat him again. He was arrested during two days,
