An UNPACU activist Henry Couto Guzmán was on his way to the Santuario del Cobre to demand the release of political prisoners and the end of police oppression. He was detained in San Lino Street by State Security official Alex. He was put into the patrol car and driven to the Police Departmetn in Manuel Tames where he was kept there until 1 pm. He was threatened with imprisonment in case he continued his activities.
