Yoanny Limonita García, a human rights activist and a member of the Eastern Democratic Alliance (ADO), was detained by three policemen, among them Captain Paulino, when he was in the park located on the Circunvalación and Calzada de Dolores Streets in Cienfuegos. He was then taken to the police station in the neighborhood of Reina. An hour later, a State Security (DSE) official came to Yoanny and issued a confiscation record for following items: his cell phone, a tripod, digital camera Sony, two USB sticks, a charger and other personal belongings. The official also issued an official warning for Yoanny. However, he did not explain the reason for that, he just asked whether he was going to sign the document.
