Activist under house arrest arbitrarily

Activist Francisco Heriberto Rodríguez Juanes was told by 1st Liuntenant Raulito from the State Security, that it was forbidden to him to leave his house during the 5th of September. On that day the city was celebrating the upraising of 1957 against Batista. The Liutenant left two of his men watching the house until the end of that event.
