In the morning hours, a secret police official known as Osvaldo visited a house of Miriam Herrara, a journalist from the municipality of Regla. The alleged reason was that he wanted to talk to her. Then he immediately started an interrogation, asking her whether she considers leaving Cuba. He also added that she should know that there were laws prohibiting independent journalism. The journalist replied that she did not represent any danger and she would keep doing her job. As for the question about leaving the country, she said that she was not obliged to reply him as it was her personal business. The interrogation took half an hour.
