Yoel Acosta Games, human rights activist and reporter for the audiovisual agencies Palenque Vision and ADN Cuba, was summoned to appear at the police station in the municipality of Baracoa on March 30. At the police station he was interrogated by state security officers who identified themselves as Arnaldo, Roger, Oendis, Fernando and the police officer surnamed Cobas. They told him that he was inciting, through social networks, people to carry out public protests and incur a crime of public disorder. They threatened him that he could be imprisoned for this and that he should stop carrying out these actions on social networks. After being detained for 4 hours, he was released with a warning letter for an alleged crime of incitement to commit a crime, which Yoel refused to sign. His brother José Luis Acosta Gámez was also summoned to be interviewed, was advised to leave the country and was given a warning letter for the crime of relating to people with antisocial behavior.
